2AM-280A Automatic Rice Nursery Sowing Production-line is designed by research group which is composed of Agricultural Machinery Technology Institute ,
Agricultural Machinery technology Promotion Ministry. It can finish all kinds of process about sowing rice seed , spreading soil, sprinkling, covering soil one-time.
The spiral seed-metering device is patent (patent No.200620124890),which meets the need of precision seeding ,
achieves adjustable quantity of seed, increases sowing uniformity .It is used widely to raise seedling of hybrid ,
inbred ,super rice .The machine is domestic leading in the field of raising rice seedling industrialization on
trays automatically,which is key technology of transplanting seedling industry. The machine will enhance the
competitiveness of domestically produced precision sowing equipment, improve agriculture mechanization
level, adjust agricultural structure of industry in China.

Reduce null transplanting ratio, better cost-saving
Compared to the traditional manual seedling, this reduces the null transplanting ration of machine seedling with a wide margin, and also decreases the costs for production and labor compensation.

This model rice seedlings production line can realize auto earth-laying, seedling to make sure even seedling amount and unified subsoil thickness for benefit of seed disk root.
Good seedling effect, increase production and cost-saving
Disk-cultivated sprout by planting production line have the advantage of slim, neat, and strong seedlings. Both plastic hard disk or soft disk can be used, and the working efficiency of the machine is 480-880 trays per hour. It allows the mechanized production of a whole course of rice. It is a necessary component that ensures the stable & high production, and also a choice for increasing production and cost-saving.
