AM-16 Agricultural carbon dioxide gas generator installation and operation guide
1. Installation
1.1The air pump installation. The connection wire of the air pump is not divided into positive or negative. After the connection is completed, fix it with hexagonal screws, with the air outlet upward, and connect it to the reactor with a small red short tube.
1.2Valve and reactor connections are installed as shown in the figure
2. Preparation before reaction
2.1Water injection, open the water injection valve and the liquid level valve, inject water slowly, stop inject water when the liquid level valve starts to discharge water,
close the water injection valve and liquid level valve when the liquid level is no longer flowing out, and the water injection is completed.
The amount of water injected each time is about 188g.
2.2Add ammonium bicarbonate. The measured ammonium bicarbonate is directly added to the upper reactor, and the reactor cover is tightly closed. ammonium bicarbonate can generate gas by 55%, that is 1 kg of ammonium bicarbonate
produces 0.55 kg of carbon dioxide. The decomposition rate of the reactor is as high as 2 kg/hour. It is recommended to add 2 kg per MU of greenhouse, and the reaction time is about 2 hours.
3. Reaction process
3.1 Check whether the valves are closed to ensure that the pipeline is unobstructed.
3.2 Turn on the air pump switch and the reaction switch in turn, and the reaction starts.
3.3 Do not open the reactor cover during the reaction process.
3.4 The temperature protection has been set before leaving the factory (150~200C). Arbitrary setting is strictly prohibited.
3.5 When the reaction is completed, it will stop automatically, and the reaction indicator light will go out. If you stop halfway,
you must first stop the reaction switch. After more than 10 minutes, stop the air pump switch. It is strictly forbidden to turn off the main power directly in the middle of the reaction
4. When reaction completed
4.1When the indicator light is off, turn off the main power supply.
4.2Change the water every time when the reaction is completed, and the maximum frequency of water change should not exceed the consumption of 5 kg of ammonium bicarbonate.
4.3What is replaced is high-concentration ammonia water, and direct application or random dumping is strictly prohibited. It is recommended to collect and dilute for administration.
5. Common problems and solutions
5.1 The air pump sprays water. When adding water too fast or too much, the liquid level is close to the air inlet of the air pump, causing the air pump to spray water. At this time, a part of the water must be drained immediately. And pay attention to adding water slowly
5. Ammonia smell around the reactor. Check whether the air pump of the vehicle is working normally, and check whether the valves are tightly closed and whether the connecting pipe of the reactor is blocked. When the reactor is working normally, the sound of bubbles inside the reactor can be heard.
5.3 The casing is leaking electricity. It is required to connect the power supply of this machine to be grounded and equipped with a leakage protector.
5.4 The air pump does not work. Check whether the wiring is normal and prevent water from entering the air pump
